Balan Wonderworld Collectible Guide Chapters 1-3

Game Guide

Where and How to Find all Gold Statues and Costumes in Balan Wonderworld in Chapters 1, 2, and 3.

This Balan Wonderworld Collectible Guide / Walkthrough will give you the locations of all key items and activities in each Act of the game. In order to collect all Balan Statues, you will need a few extra costumes so you should first complete the story before doing a collectible run. Using this guide you will find:

  • All Costumes
  • All Balan Statues
  • All Stages
  • All Minigames

Once you have completed the last stage and have access to a majority of costumes, you should be fully equipped for 100% completion. I’ve listed at the top of each section which costumes you’ll need to use. If there’s no Chapter and Act indicator next to a costume that means you can get it in the level, and I’ll tell you how.

You can change costumes as you see fit at any checkpoint, just stand still on it for a moment until the wardrobe tent appears.

The X-Ray Ape costume from Chapter 10 Act 1 will allow you to see Drops and Balan Statues through walls, highlighted in green. This is very useful for spotting those tricky-to-find collectibles.

Sections in this Guide:

To keep the guide loading relatively quick, and be able to add plenty of images to help you out, I had to split this guide into four pieces.

Balan Wonderworld Chapter 1: Act 1 Collectibles

Costumes required for 100% completion:

  • Tornado Wolf
  • Jumping Jack
  • Web Wrangler (Chapter 3 Act 1)
  • Gear Prince (Chapter 6 Act 1)
  • Air Cat (Chapter 6 Act 2)
  • Any Musical Costume for the Stage

Head forwards at the start of the level until you reach a platform with a Tornado Wolf Costume and collect it.

Press the button on the platform left of the big gate to open it and head inside, the first Balan Statue is here.

Go back out through the gate again for a moment, switch to your Web Wrangler Costume and go right (assuming you’re facing away from the gate). At the far end here, on the wall, there are some webs. Climb them to find a Balan Statue at the top.

At the opposite side of this area (so as if you’d gone left from the gate instead of right) you’ll find a rounded area with a Stage in it.

Just past this stage, there’s a platform too far from the edge to jump to, but by using the Air Cat costume, you can float across and reach the area at the other side with a Father Tim statue and a mirror on it. You will get the Metal Bad Boy costume here when you land. With that, you can now perform on stages if you couldn’t before.

Go back through the castle gate and pass through the mirror on your left into the central courtyard, and then walk directly forwards. Switch to a Jumping Jack costume. Traverse the platforms here to reach a mirror on the right and go through it to find another Balan Statue.

Now go back to the Central Courtyard and go around the back of the mirror we came through when first entering the central courtyard. Use a Jumping Jack costume to jump across the gap here, onto the moving platform. There’s a Balan Statue to grab.

Already collected, but it’s there, you can’t miss it.

On the same side of the courtyard, but a little further ahead, there’s another off-shoot path like the last one, with a block you can break using the Tornado Wolf costume. Jump across the platforms and break the block to reach the Balan Statue behind it.

There are some stone blocks overhead in the center of the courtyard. You will need to use the Gear Prince costume on the mechanism at the back-right side of the courtyard to raise some platforms that you can use to reach the Balan Statue up here.

At the back of the courtyard here is where you get your first Jumping Jack Costume.

Behind this, on a platform to the right of another castle gate, there’s a big gold top hat. This is your first Balan’s Bout challenge. You’ll need to complete it perfectly with an “Excellent” rating to get the Balan Statue from it.

Mine’s not gold because I already got an “Excellent” rating in it

Balan Wonderworld Chapter 1: Act 2 Collectibles

Costumes required for 100% completion:

  • Elastiplant
  • Dainty Dragon
  • Pounding Pig
  • Gear Prince (Chapter 6 Act 1)
  • Sickle Slinger (Chapter 3 Act 2) or other long-range costume.
  • Air Cat (Chapter 6 Act 2)

At the start of the level, go all the way to the left (collecting the Elastiplant costume on the way) and you’ll find a Football / Soccer Minigame behind a fence. You’ll also get the Footballer costume from here if you didn’t already have it.

Jump back over the fence, turn left to continue the story path and turn left again. Go all the way to the end and you will find a Balan Statue in the middle of a ring of purple drops.

Head back the other way, this time going to the right and you’ll find the Dainty Dragon costume on the main path.

Continue on, pressing the blue button to open and go through the gate. Continue past some enemies and at a platform with a Tornado Wolf dancing on it, turn left and head past the fence there.

You’ll find a mechanism you can activate with the Gear Prince costume, which will let you bring the platforms over so you can walk on them to the Balan Statue.

Continue on the main story path and wrap around left, there you’ll find a key and the Pounding Pig costume.

Head back to where the dancing Tornado Wolf was and go to the white fence opposite him, there’s a breakable block in the ground there.

Slam it with the Pounding Pig costume to break through and head up the ramp to the Balan’s Bout hat at the top. Get an “Excellent” rating for a Balan Statue.

Continue on the main route until you reach a gate that you open by moving a big metal ball (spawned via a blue button) into the hole in front of the gate. After you’ve done this, go up the hill to where the boulder came from and collect the Balan Statue.

Go through the gate and you will see another Balan Statue above a flattened pillar. Stomp on the other pillar nearby with a Pounding Pig to raise the flattened platform so you can jump up and grab the statue.

Already collected, but it’s there, you’ll see it.

Continue on to the next corner and then climb up the boxes there, next to a dancing Pounding Pig. From there, you’ll be able to see some breakable blocks on a floating platform, there’s a Balan Statue hiding behind them.

Use a Sickle Slinger or another long-range costume to break the blocks, and the Air Cat to reach the statue.

Jump back across and turn around, you’ll be able to see a cornfield ahead of you with another Balan Statue at the center. Use Air Cat to cross over to it and collect the statue.

Balan Wonderworld Chapter 1: Boss Statues

In this boss fight, you must attack the boss in the following three ways to get all three balan statues:

  • Using a Tornado Wolf attack.
  • Using a Pounding Pig attack on the pillars, causing one to hit the boss from below.
  • Use a Tornado Wolf attack on a tornado, causing it to return to the boss.

Balan Wonderworld Chapter 1: Act 3 Collectibles

Costumes required for 100% completion:

  • Frost Fairy (Chapter 8 Act 1)
  • Pumpkin Puncher (Chapter 6 Act 1)
  • Web Wrangler (Chapter 3 Act 1)
  • Fixer Upper (Chapter 12 Act 1)
  • Leap Frog (Chapter 2 Act 3) or Triple Jumper (Chapter 7 Act 3)
  • Dawn Butterfly (Chapter 10 Act 3)

Head forwards until there’s a left turn in the path and then look for some stair-like blocks, leading up to a moving platform. Climb up and then use the Pumpkin Puncher to break the blocks in the way, allowing you to reach a blue button to open the gate.

Go back to the left, and use the Web Wrangler costume to climb the webs on the side of the castle wall. This will get you on top of a tower on the left end of the wall. From there, use the Frost Fairy to air-walk to the next tower and then jump down to the Balan Statue.

Head through the gate into the central courtyard and use the Fixer Upper on the broken mirror to the left. Step through for another Balan Statue.

From there, use the Leap Frog or Triple Jumper to jump up to the ledge above you. From there, Leap Frog or Triple Jump up onto the tower there (You can use Fixer Upper on the broken tiles if it makes it easier) and you’ll find another Balan Statue.

Drop down and look for a platforming puzzle on the right side of the central courtyard.

Drop down onto the moving platform and ride it to the end, avoiding the obstacles. Look out for your chance to jump off onto some grassy blocks on the left and then follow them to the Balan Statue.

Head back and use the moving platform to reach the other side, where the small Itsy-bitsy Elf door is. Use the Triple Jumper to get up onto the ledge on your left, and then from there wrap around the brick wall to find another Balan Statue.

Use the Triple Jumper to reach the top of the walls here and make your way to the top of the back-left tower. From there, you’ll be able to reach a floating island using the Dawn Butterfly. If you’re struggling to reach that tower, Triple Jump up to the other one and use something like Air Unicorn to reach the correct tower.

Look down the back of that island to see a ledge sticking out with a Balan Statue on it.

Return via the moving platform to the Central Courtyard and continue on the main path. You’ll reach some treacherous moving platforms. Use the Pumpkin Puncher to break the breakable blocks there, allowing you to ride a moving platform to a mirror on the right.

The mirror will bring you out at some moving platforms which are a bit too quick to safely walk across. Use the frost fairy to make things a bit easier, stopping midway on the lone block on the right.

On the other side, you’ll find the Super Skater Costume, the key for which can be found to the right, and is easily grabbed with the Frost Fairy. Be careful on your way back, make sure there’s a platform under the mirror before you step through it!

Balan Wonderworld Chapter 2: Act 1 Collectibles

Costumes required for 100% completion:

  • Jellyjolt
  • Bubble Blower
  • Soaring Sheep (Chapter 4 Act1)
  • Air Cat (Chapter 6 Act 2)
  • Any Musical Costume for the Stage

After you’ve collected the Jellyjolt costume right in front of you and pressed the blue switch on the left, ride up the water pillar ahead and then look down and to the left, you’ll see the first Balan Statue there, on top of the statue.

Press the switch in the next area and ride the water current up to the upper level. In the back-right corner of this upper area, you will find a Stage, use a musical costume on it.

Next to the stage is a statue, jump onto its head and then make your way up on top of the ruins. Use Air Cat to have a much easier time and cross large gaps. You will find another Balan Statue up here.

Staying on top of the ruins, use Air Cat to start moving towards the start of the level. You’ll find another Balan Statue behind a wall on the right side when facing the start of the level.

Make your way back to the checkpoint near the stage, where we originally climbed up, and this time go left to continue the story path. You’ll find the Bubble Blower Costume there, directly ahead of you. You should also be able to see a Balan’s Bout hat not too far away, to the right.

Use the Bubble Blower costume to reach it and get “Excellent” rating to collect another Balan Statue. Continue on past the next checkpoint into an area with two costume gems.

At the back-right side of this area, you’ll find an opening where you can stand on the edge of the platform. There, you should be able to see some updrafts airstreams that you can ride as the Soaring Sheep to reach a Balan Statue near some coral in the distance.

Head back to the checkpoint and then look for the rolling metal cubes near the gate you need to progress through. In a gap in the wall, to the right of these rolling cubes, you’ll find another Balan Statue.

Already collected, it’s hard to see but it’s in that alcove on the right. Left of the costume gem.

Pass through the gate after pressing the switch at the top of the water pillars and you’ll find some water platforms leading to the tree at the end of the level. On some rocks to the right of this water pillar, you’ll see another Balan Statue. Either use Air Cat to air-walk over to it or ride the water current to the end and then walk along the top of the water platforms so you can jump across to the statue.

Already collected. It’s hard to see in this screenshot but you’ll definitely see it when you get here.

Balan Wonderworld Chapter 2: Act 2 Collectibles

Costumes required for 100% completion:

  • Double Jumper
  • Dynamic Dolphin
  • Telepotter
  • Float Flower (Chapter 7 Act 1)
  • Fixer Upper (Chapter 12 Act 2) or Iron Apollo (Chapter 11 Act 1)

At the start of the level, head forwards and you’ll find the Telepotter Costume in your path. Turn left there and you’ll see a short water pillar with a Balan Statue inside.

On the left side of this area, at the top of the ruins, there’s a floating platform with a key and a Double Jumper Costume on it. Use the Fixer Upper on the broken tiles to fix the stairs leading up to it. If you don’t have the Fixer Upper yet, you can also use the Iron Apollo costume in front of it to reach it.

From there, continue on past the next checkpoint, where you’ll find the Dynamic Dolphin Costume and use the water in the area to climb up on top of the ruins surrounding the checkpoint. From up there, you’ll be able to see a structure off in the distance to the right.

Use the Floaty Flower to glide over and land on it, you’ll find a Balan Statue and a mirror portal there.

Head through the mirror, but go back to the previous checkpoint and climb up to the top of the ruins again. Up there, on the opposite side from where you soared towards the ruins, you’ll see a Baseball Minigame which will give you the Baseballer Costume.

Now you may continue on to the next checkpoint. To the right of which, you will see the next Balan Statue hidden behind some coral. Use the Telepotter to teleport to the other side and grab it.

On the opposite side of this area, you will find a water stream that you can ride with Dynamic Dolphin. Jump in and let it take you to a Balan’s Bout hat. Get “Excellent” timing in all button-presses to unlock a Balan Statue.

The next Balan Statue is not far away. It’s on the back-left pillar in the next section with the rolling cubes. Use one of the rolling cubes to jump up and grab it, or just use the Double Jumper costume and double-jump up to it.

After that, continue on to defeat the Negati mini-boss which will open the way to the end of the level, but before proceeding you need to get on top of the Pirate Ship. You can do this by using the Double Jumper costume we got earlier. Double Jump onto the dolphin statue on the right, double jump to the rocks with coral on them, and then up to the ship from there.

Near the back of the ship, you’ll find the Balan Statue.

Now make your way to the tree at the end of the level, but don’t activate it. Go to the back-left corner, where you will find a water current you can ride as Dynamic Dolphin. Near the end of this current (it loops back around to the tree) it splits off, with a separate path going upwards.

You’ll need to use Dynamic Dolphin’s ability to jump into this upward off-shoot stream to reach the top of the ruins, where you’ll find the final Balan Statue in this Act.

Balan Wonderworld Chapter 2: Boss Statues

In this boss fight, you must attack the boss in the following three ways to get all three balan statues:

  • When she spawns Jellyfish, hit one with your Jellyjolt attack to send it flying back at her.
  • When she throws balls onto the stage, hit one to send it flying back at her.
  • When she gets angry and spawns some water platforms and slams them onto the ground. Using the Dynamic Dolphin costume, jump up into a water platform before she can slam it into the ground, it’ll then propel you directly at her head.

Balan Wonderworld Chapter 2: Act 3 Collectibles

Costumes required for 100% completion:

  • Double Jumper (Chapter 2 Act 2)
  • Dynamic Dolphin (Chapter 2 Act 1)
  • Pumpkin Puncher (Chapter 6 Act 1)
  • Inky Blaster (Chapter 10 Act 1)
  • Air Cat (Chapter 6 Act 2)
  • Frost Fairy (Chapter 8 Act 1)

At the start of the level, turn around and walk to the edge, turn right and you’ll face a few Negati. Defeat them and then use Double Jumper to safely reach the ruins ahead. There’s a checkpoint down there and a strange-looking Negati with a sack over it’s shoulder.

Hit it with a ranged costume like Pumpkin Puncher and then pick up the Balan Statue that it drops.

Use Double Jumper to jump back up to the starting checkpoint. Use Double Jumper to climb up on top of the ruins to the right and then look for a structure in the distance.

Use the Dynamic Dolphin in the water bubbles to reach the ruins and then use Inky Blaster to shoot the canvases in the distance. This will spawn a Balan Statue for you to grab nearby.

Now, make your way back to the starting checkpoint. Head forwards towards the end of the level, but look left at the end of the ruins to see a path around the back.

Back there is a long platforming puzzle which uses the Dynamic Dolphin and the bubbles. Make your way to the top for a Balan Statue.

You may now proceed into the next area. To your immediate right, you’ll see some coral with a button behind it in the distance. Use the Frost Fairy costume to safely get over the coral to the platform in the distance.

Step on the button to move the wall out of the way. Be careful though, because as soon as you get off the button, that wall is going to move back in place. Carefully, but quickly, make your way to the end of this path, watching out for the moving yellow blocks on the way. At the end, you’ll find the Leap Frog Costume.

To your right, you’ll see a wall of crystal orbs with a Balan Statue behind them. Either get close and see if your Tims will get rid of a crystal orbs, or use the Double Jumper to jump to the other side. From there, use Air Cat to air-walk over to the statue.

Progress to the level-end tree but go past it and climb the ruins behind. Head for the Pirate Ship straight ahead and youll find another checkpoint.

Like before, use Double Jumper to get onto the ship and then go to the back of the ship. Instead of a statue, this time we will find a difficult platforming section. Carefully jump up the moving platforms with Double Jumper or Air Cat to reach the Balan Statue on the stone pillar.

Now make your way back to the checkpoint next to the ship. Look out towards the right you will see a structure with a lot of water blocks on it. Make your way over to it. You could use the Dynamic Dolphin costume to jump between the water currents to reach the Balan Statue at the end, but it’s much easier to just use Double Jumper or Air Cat and walk along the top of the water currents.

The mirror next to it will take you back to the level-end tree.

Balan Wonderworld Chapter 3: Act 1 Collectibles

Costumes required for 100% completion:

  • Lovely Lantern
  • Web Wrangler
  • Double Jumper (Chapter 2 Act 2)
  • Lickshot Lizard (Chapter 5 Act 1)
  • Telepotter (Chapter 2 Act 2)
  • Slow Tortoise (Chapter 9 Act 1)

Right at the start of the level, to your right when you jump up onto the ledge via the blue mushroom, you’ll find the Lovely Lantern Costume.

At the opposite side of this area, there’s three blue mushrooms. The left-most one has a Balan Statue above it, just time your jump so that you press the button as soon as your feet touch the mushroom and you’ll jump extra high, right up to the statue.

Behind that mushroom, there’s a set of secret stairs leading down to a mirror.

Go through the mirror to find yourself in a very dark place, with a Balan Statue ahead of you. You’ll need to reach it by using the Lovely Lanterns ability to see the platforms underfoot. Slowly and carefully make your way over to it and collect it.

Head back out and follow the story path up some more blue mushrooms until you reach a web wall. Next to it, you’ll see the Web Wrangler Costume.

Switch to the Double Jumper costume and use it to double-jump up to a Balan Statue on the books to the left of the web wall.

Continue on a short while until you reach another Web Wrangler costume gem, with a web wall on your left. There’s a tall yellow block slowly moving up and down this wall, use the Web Wrangler costume (or Double Jumper, since you brought it) to climb up and get on top of the yellow block, it will take you up to another Balan Statue.

Drop back down and switch to the Lickshot Lizard costume. Opposite the yellow block you just climbed, there’s a series of Lickshot pods in the air which you can use with the Lickshot Lizard to make your way across the platforms there to a blue button. Step on it and a Balan Statue will spawn back at the first Lickshot pod, so make your way back again and collect it.

Continue up the web wall, around the corner, and up another web wall to reach an area with two moving platforms to your right. Head forwards to the area at the back with the four web walls (two of which move) and then instead of climbing them, drop down.

Down here, look to your right and you’ll see a Balan’s Bout hat behind a web wall. Use the Telepotter Costume to get past the web wall and then get an “Excellent” rating in the Bout to earn a Balan Statue.

There’s just one costume and one statue left now, and they’re tied to each other. You can make your way all the way to the tree at the end of the level now, just don’t touch it, and stop by the next checkpoint to get the Slow Tortoise costume ready. After the checkpoint, there’s a floating blue button that opens the gate to the tree at the end. Remember this button.

Go past the tree at the end and go down the secret path to the right, at the back of the level. You’ll find a mirror there, go on through it.

Inside, use the slow tortoise ability to slow the platforms in front of you so that you can pass and collect the Itsy-bitsy Elf costume.

Go all the way back up to the floating blue button I told you to remember. At the back of this area, there’s a tiny door! Go inside it using the Itsy-bitsy Elf costume and then use the Double Jumper costume to reach the Balan Statue overhead.

Balan Wonderworld Chapter 3: Act 2 Collectibles

Costumes required for 100% completion:

  • Sickle Slinger
  • Dusk Butterfly
  • Frost Fairy (Chapter 8 Act 1)
  • Double Jumper (Chapter 2 Act 2)

At the start of the level, hit the blue button next to you to spawn a bridge into a tree trunk. On a ledge at the back, you’ll find the Sickle Slinger costume.

Stand on the blue mushrooms by the doorway out of the trunk and use the Frost Fairy costume to reach a Balan Statue on a platform at the opposite side of the room, near the roof.

Head back out of the tree through the door by the blue mushroosm and hit the blue button while standing on the platform to the left, this will take you down to the next area, where a Balan Statue is in plain sight to your right. Just stand on the edge and throw a sickle at it with the Sickle Slinger to collect it.

Throw a sickle at the blue button next to the wooden gate to progress into the tree trunk. Inside, you’ll find the Dusk Butterfly costume.

Go back out of the doorway you came in through and turn right, look over the edge. You’ll see a round platform down below you with a few drops floating above it.

Use the Dusk Butterfly to lightly flutter over to it and you’ll see there’s a mirror on there, and a Balan Statue in a nearby hole in the side of the trunk. Jump in and grab the statue.

Head through the mirror and then up to the floating blue button and hit it to switch to night time. Now you can fly up the nearby trail or red drops to the Balan Statue at the top, above the doorway leading out.

It’s hard to see here, but it’s at the very top of my screenshot. I’m sure you won’t miss it in-game.

Head through the doorway out of the tree trunk and use the buttons and dusk Butterfly costume to continue along the main path. After riding a platform upwards, you’ll find a Golf Minigame which will give you the Golfer Costume.

Hit the blue button next to this Golf Minigame and then look to your right. There’s a grassy platform with yellow Drops on it which moves towards you when the button is active. Jump on and when the button deactivates in a few seconds, the platform will take you to a Balan Statue.

Back at the Golf Minigame, use the Dusk Butterfly costume to fly over to the floating blue button that opens the gate and enter the tree. You’ll need to fight a miniboss here but then the gate to the tree at the end will open. Don’t approach the tree just yet though!

Inside the tree where you fought the miniboss, hit the blue button and then use the Dusk Butterfly to fly up into a doorway above it.

Out here, you’ll find a Balan’s Bout hat on a platform at the back. Get an “Amazing” rating in this bout to unlock a Balan Statue.

In front of the level-end tree, there are three platforms. When you hit a blue switch they all move. The left one goes to the left and takes you to a Father Tim statue. The middle one goes up to a mirror, and the other goes down. Ride the middle one up and go inside the mirror. You’ll need to fight a small group of enemies (The Sickle Slinger is good for this) and will be awarded a Balan Statue.

Balan Wonderworld Chapter 3: Boss Statues

In this boss fight, you must attack the boss in the following three ways to get all three balan statues:

  • When the boss stabs large multicolored pillars into the ground, hit one with the Sickle Slinger attack and it will fall over, hitting her.
  • When the boss spawns a series of balls, hit one with the Sickle Slinger attack and it will fly up and hit her.
  • When the boss comes down to shoot web on the ground, use the mushrooms surrounding her to springboard yourself up and onto her, damaging her.

Balan Wonderworld Chapter 3: Act 3 Collectibles

Costumes required for 100% completion:

  • Slow Tortoise (Chapter 9 Act 1)
  • Air Cat (Chapter 6 Act 2)
  • Leap Frog (Chapter 2 Act 3)
  • Pumpkin Puncher (Chapter6 Act 1) – Good for the enemies in this level.
  • Gear King (Chapter 4 Act 3)
  • Laser Launcher (Chapter 4 Act 2)
  • Web Wrangler (Chapter 3 Act 1)
  • Sneaky Lizard (Chapter 10 Act 2)

A note before you start; This level is great for collecting the 1,000 drops needed for the Drowning in Drops Trophy/Achievement. Lots of small seed-like enemies spawn, and when you kill a lot of enemies back-to-back the number of Drops they drop is multiplied per enemy. So, using a Pumpkin Puncher or Bullet Kid costume to take them out quickly will net you a lot of Drops, fast.

At the start of the level, pass through the tree ahead of you and enter into the mirror. There’s a quick-moving yellow structure shifting back and forth in front of you. Feel free to slow it down with a Slow Tortoise for an easier time. Pass through the hole in the middle to the mirror at the other side and then turn around.

There’s a Balan Statue at the top of the yellow structure and a couple of blocks jutting out at the back which you can jump to if you need to. Use Leap Frog, though, as it will make it easier to just jump straight onto the top of the yellow structure without using the treacherous platforms on the side.

Continue on through the mirror and into the next tree, where you’ll find the next Checkpoint. Here, there’s a Gear Prince mechanism with a light bulb on the front. These can actually only be used with a Gear King costume.

Use it to move a book which was blocking a mirror. Head through the mirror to grab the Bullet the Kid Costume behind it.

Once you grab it, some enemies should spawn. Use the costume to quickly take them all out and then a Balan Statue will spawn in the room.

Head out of the tree and turn immediately right to find a mirror against the outside of the tree. Inside, you’ll find yet another annoying moving structure. No problem though, just Leap Frog on top of it and drop down on the other side to collect your Balan Statue.

Head back out through the mirror and continue on, using the blue and then larger purple mushroom to jump up to the next platform. At the top, look to your right and you’ll see a platform above the mirror you just went in, with a bright mushroom on it. You need to get over there, so use the nearby mushrooms to get some height and then use Air Cat or Double Jumper to reach it.

It will lead you inside the tree again but on another floor, with another Checkpoint. At the other side of the tree, in front of the checkpoint, there’s a ledge with two floating blue switches in the distance. Switch to the Laser Launcher costume to hit both switches at the same time. This will spawn a Balan Statue in the tree, behind you.

Return to where you jumped across to this area from and this time climb up the mushrooms instead, to reach the next floor of the tree, where the level-end tree can be found. Don’t touch it yet, obviously.

On the right wall, there are some honeycomb structures with big Drops on them, and on the left wall, there’s a doorway leading out.

Let’s focus on the right wall for now. Switch to the Sneaky Lizard and use its ability to jump to each of the large Drops and make your way up to the opening on that side of the room, where you’ll find a Balan Statue.

Drop back down and head through the doorway on the left wall and look for some webs you can climb with the Web Wrangler on the outside of the tree.

At the top of these webs, you’ll find a Balan Statue at the end of a branch there.
