Where and How to Find all Gold Statues and Costumes in Balan Wonderworld in Chapters 7, 8, and 9.

This Balan Wonderworld Collectible Guide / Walkthrough will give you the locations of all key items and activities in each Act of the game. In order to collect all Balan Statues, you will need a few extra costumes so you should first complete the story before doing a collectible run. Using this guide you will find:

• All Costumes
• All Balan Statues
• All Stages
• All Minigames

Once you have completed the last stage and have access to a majority of costumes, you should be fully equipped for 100% completion. I’ve listed at the top of each section which costumes you’ll need to use. If there’s no Chapter and Act indicator next to a costume that means you can get it in the level, and I’ll tell you how.

You can change costumes as you see fit at any checkpoint, just stand still on it for a moment until the wardrobe tent appears.

The X-Ray Ape costume from Chapter 10 Act 1 will allow you to see Drops and Balan Statues through walls, highlighted in green. This is very useful for spotting those tricky-to-find collectibles.

Balan Wonderworld Chapter 7: Act 1 Collectibles

Costumes required for 100% completion:

• Quad Cannon
• Speedy Cheetah
• Telepotter (Chapter 2 Act 2)
• Air Unicorn (Chapter 10 Act 1)

At the start of the level, head forwards up the stairs to find a Quad Cannon Costume.

Instead of continuing on, go to the left, hug the castle wall until you find a metal grate and then use Telepotter to pass through it. You’ll find a Balan’s Bout hat inside. Get an “Excellent” rating to earn a Balan Statue for your trouble.

Opposite this metal grate, next to a bridge, there’s a Soccer Minigame.

Continue in this direction (left from the start) and go past a large square tower, to find a Speedy Cheetah costume on your left.

Continue still in this direction and cross the bridge at the very end of the path, then turn right and continue on to the edge. You’ll see a room across a gap with a Balan Statue at the end of it. You can use Speedy Cheetah to build up speed and then jump across to it.

You can now return all the way to the starting checkpoint and head up the stairs ahead of it. Continue past the next Checkpoint.

As you continue along the main route, you’ll see a break in the path ahead of you with an obvious Balan Statue on a solo platform. Use Air Unicorn to air-walk over to it and collect it.

Continue along the main path, use the Quad Cannon to activate three buttons simultaneously so you can progress along a moving platform, and you’ll find a Floaty Flower Costume at the other side, just before the next checkpoint.

In the corner to the right of this costume gem, overlooking the last Checkpoint, there’s a metal breakable block in the corner. Charge it with Tackling Bull to break through and grab the Balan Statue inside.

Continue past the checkpoint, up the stairs, and to a grey platform ahead of a yellow rotating platform. You’ll be able to see a Balan Statue on the yellow platform, clear as day. Hit the blue switch with Quad Cannon to get the grey platform moving and then jump to the yellow platform and grab the statue (you’ll have to be a little quick about it).

At the other side of the yellow platform, there’s a big bouncy button that you need to use to reach the top of the tower. There’s three places we need to go from here so we’ll be returning a lot. The first is a rose floating in the air to the left when you land. It has a Balan Statue on it. It is a little too far for Air Cat to reach, so you’ll need to use Air Unicorn.

Return to the Tower. The next place is behind you when you land, a platform with a Balan’s Bout hat on it. Get an “Excellent” rating to earn a Balan Statue.

Return a final time to the tower. The next place is the level-end tree to your right when you land. Use Floaty Flower to glide over to the room where the level-end tree is, and right at the end of the flight path there’s a Balan Statue. It’s pretty hard to miss. Just try to grab it before you land.

Balan Wonderworld Chapter 7: Act 2 Collectibles

Costumes required for 100% completion:

• Floaty Flower
• Tackling Bull
• Air Cat (Chapter 6 Act 2)
• Pumpkin Puncher (Chapter 6 Act 1)
• Telepotter (Chapter 2 Act 2)
• Leap Frog (Chapter 2 Act 3)

At the start of the level, push the button in front of you and head through the gate it will open. Jump up the bounce pads to reach the central tower. You’ll return to this central tower a lot in this level.

Let’s start by going left, use the Floaty Flower to glide down to the checkpoint on your left. Opposite the checkpoint is a gate covering a mirror, and there’s a broken path behind it. Use Air Cat to reach that path.

Follow it to the end and a strange Negati will spawn with a sack over it’s shoulder. You need to use a ranged costume like Pumpkin Puncher to hit it. When you do, a Balan Statue will spawn nearby. Grab it and return to the last checkpoint.

Behind the checkpoint is a path you can take to a four-pronged rotating yellow platform.

Press the buttons in this area and then proceed down the path behind the checkpoint. Floating above a platform to the right of said platform is a Balan Statue for you to grab.

Continue along this path to end up back at the starting checkpoint. Make your way back up the tower and this time float down to the structure on your right.

You’ll see a stomping chess piece near a blue button you need to press. Behind the two, in the far right corner of this area, there’s a tower with a Balan Statue on it. Use Air Cat from the button to air walk onto it.

In the opposite corner (diagonally) there’s a breakable metal block. Use Tackling Bull to break through it and then look over the right edge, back towards the checkpoint in this area. You should see a breakable metal block in the side of the wall. Use Floaty Flower to reach it and then Pounding Robot to break it.

Behind it, you’ll find the Paladin Puncher costume and a mirror to return with.

Push the buttons near the last checkpoint, return to the central tower and then glide through the now-open doors. When you land on the other side, there will be a Tackling Bull Costume in front of you.

To the left of you, there’s a Balan Statue behind bars in a small enclosed area. Use the Telepotter to pass through and grab it. Or you can jump over with Double Jumper, Leap Frog, or Triple Jumper.

At the opposite side of this area, there’s a dark path that leads to a mirror. Step through the mirror to find a Balan’s Bout hat. Get an “Excellent” rating to earn another Balan Statue.

Make your way back to the area with the Tackling Bull costume. At the back of this area, on the right, there’s a path leading to another Balan Statue, behind the stomping chess piece.

Hit the switches to proceed into the next room, where there’s a fight with a miniboss. On the left side of this room above a chess piece, way up high, there’s a Balan Statue in an alcove on the wall. Use the Leap Frog costume to jump onto the chess piece, and then over to the statue.

You should also be able to see a mirror on a nearby platform, to the left of this statue. Use Leap Frog to reach and enter it. There’s a Balan’s Bout hat on the other side. Get an “Excellent” rating to earn a Balan Statue.

Balan Wonderworld Chapter 7: Boss Statues

In this boss fight, you must attack the boss in the following three ways to get all three balan statues:

• Use the Tackling Bull on the missiles to send one back at the boss.
• After the boss slams chess pieces onto the board use the Tackling Bull on the King chess piece.
• When the boss slams the board, making some of the tiles throw you into the air, use the Floaty Flower to float across to the boss and bounce on the little guy’s head.

Balan Wonderworld Chapter 7: Act 3 Collectibles

Costumes required for 100% completion:

• Triple Jumper
• Double Jumper (Chapter 2 Act 2) or Leap Frog (Chapter 2 Act 3) – This is just so you can reach the Triple Jumper
• Super Skater (Chapter 1 Act 3) – Optional
• Box Fox (Chapter 4 Act 1)
• Air Unicorn (Chapter 10 Act 1)

At the start of this level, turn left and go as far as you can along the grass to eventually reach the end.

There, on the left, cross the bridge and head to the tower in the distance. Climb the tower using Double Jumper, so that you can avoid needing Gear Prince and Tackling Bull for the job.

At the top of this tower you will find the coveted Triple Jumper Costume, which I’m sure you’ll be using a lot, so grab a few! (If you make sure you never have two at once they’ll spawn infinitely).

Return to the checkpoint at the start of the level. There’s a big tower to the left (you went past it earlier to get the Triple Jumper) and if you use the X-Ray Ape ability, you’ll see there’s a Balan Statue in the base of the tower that you cannot get to. Naturally, this means we’ll need to use the Vacuum Blaster.

Position yourself in the center of the front-facing wall and then hold to vacuum up the statue.

Continue past the checkpoint, to the opposite side of it, where you’ll find a blue button in front of a wall.

Use the blue button to lower the wall or just triple jump over it. There’s another button on the other side. While stood on it, you’ll see that a wall to the left will lower while you’re on the button too. This wall is blocking the way to a Balan Statue.

You could use the Super Skater costume to blast over to it before the walls can rise again but it’s really easy to just triple jump over, while still avoiding the crystal orbs on top of the wall.

Return to the checkpoint and continue along the main path.

Eventually, you’ll reach a point where there’s a rotating yellow platform with three fences over it. Behind it, there’s a room that is blocked off by breakable metal boxes.

I tried Paladin Puncher, Hardy Hammer, Pounding Robot, and Tackling Bull, but the only thing that seems able to break these blocks is Box Fox. You’ll need to jump at the blocks just as it turns into a box to break them.

This is particularly difficult because enemies keep spawning, the stomping chess piece can hit you with its shockwaves, and there’s a bottomless death drop below you. I lost a lot of costumes here.

There’s a Balan Statue at the back of the room, near the ceiling, once you manage to get inside.

Opposite that statue, there’s a bounce pad leading to some stairs which will take you to the upper level. At the top of those stairs, look out to the right and you’ll see a rotating yellow platform. Use the Air Unicorn costume to reach it.

Then air-walk to the structure a little further out.

From that structure, use Triple Jumper to jump across the pillars so that you end up on top of the tallest one, on the yellow platform. From there, you can air-walk to the top of the tower.

From up there, being very careful about the poison pool below, Triple Jump up to the Balan Statue above.

Drop down and follow the main path along to a yellow platform between two stomping chess pieces. Below the tower on the opposite side of the yellow platform, there’s a doorway in the side of it. Drop down and use Air Unicorn to catch yourself in mid-air and walk over to the Balan Statue inside.

Make your way back to the yellow platform with the stomping chess pieces. At the end, there’s three bounce pads.

If you hold (when using a character for whom is just “jump”) as you land on the third one (Or just Triple Jump from it) you can reach a platform above the level-end tree. From there, it’s easy to triple jump up to a Balan Statue on the wall to your left.

Balan Wonderworld Chapter 8: Act 1 Collectibles

Costumes required for 100% completion:

• Seal Skater
• Frost Fairy
• Any Musical Costume for the Stage
• Tackling Bull (Chapter 7 Act 2)
• Telepotter (Chapter 2 Act 2)
• Double Jumper (Chapter 2 Act 2)

There’s a Seal Skater costume right in front of you at the start of this level. Can’t miss it.

Head down the slope to the next checkpoint. Behind it, over the edge, there’s a Stage. Use a musical costume on it such as Metal Bad Boy.

Also behind the checkpoint, but at the right side when facing the start of the level, there’s a ledge with an Amadeus Costume on it. Use Frost Fairy to reach and collect it.

To the right of the checkpoint, there’s a ledge with a Balan Statue on it.

To the right of that, there’s a platform with a Balan Statue and a mirror on it. Use the Seal Skater to precariously make the trip over to it, collect the statue, and head inside the mirror to return to the checkpoint.

Forwards and to the right from this checkpoint, there’s a circular plateau with a Baseball Minigame on it.

On the left side of this area, there’s some crystal orbs blocking your path to a Balan Statue. Use the Tackling Bull to charge right through them unscathed and grab the statue.

Stay on the left side of this area, but head further towards the end of the level. There’s a platform in the distance with a Balan Statue on it, and a few updrafts between you and it. Use a Soaring Sheep costume to make your way over to it via the updrafts.

Press the switches in this main area to open access to the area opposite the statue you just collected. There, you’ll see several platforms shifting up and down. One of them has several crystal orbs on it, but a Balan Statue in the middle. Carefully make your way up there using the Frost Fairy to collect it.

From there, you’ll also be able to see a Balan’s Bout hat. Frost Fairy your way over to it and get an “Excellent” rating to earn a Balan Statue.

Continue on to the next checkpoint and fight a miniboss on the ice lake to gain access to the end of the level. Head through the gate that opened and immediately look right. There’s a Balan Statue on a building which you can reach with Double Jumper.

Behind the level-end tree, there’s a Balan’s Bout hat behind some ice bars. Use the Telepotter to get behind them and access the hat. Get an “Excellent” rating to earn your Balan Statue.

Balan Wonderworld Chapter 8: Act 2 Collectibles

Costumes required for 100% completion:

• Seal Skater
• Hardy Hammer
• Frost Fairy (Chapter 8 Act 1)

At the start of this level, turn around and go out the doorway behind you, there’s a Balan Statue right there on the right!

Head down the slope to the next checkpoint and head through the corridor to your left. In the next area, you’ll find some enemies, a blue button, and a Hardy Hammer Costume on an Ice Block to the right.

Break the ice block the costume was on and head through the opening there. Turn left and climb up the ledge to get on top of the wall. At the end of the wall is a present-shaped ice sculpture with a Balan Statue behind it!

Head back down and stand on the blue button until the gate ahead is fully open, then use Seal Skater to quickly reach and pass through it. You’ll be on another slope with a checkpoint at the bottom.

From the checkpoint, head right through another corridor into a similar area with a button to before. There’s a Frost Giant Costume in the middle.

In the corner on the left, there’s a Balan Statue. Use the blue button in the center to move the platforms on the left in such a way that you can quickly get up to it, or just use the Frost Fairy to casually air-walk up to it.

In the exact opposite corner (diagonally) there’s a Balan’s Bout hat which you can again use Frost Fairy for, or the button on the ledge at that side to move the platforms. Get an “Excellent” rating to earn another Balan Statue.

Head through the door but try not to go too far down the ice slope. On your left, there are two tall brick walls with a Balan’s Bout hat in-between them. Reach it using Frost Fairy by first air-walking to one of the snowy ledges at either side of the walls. Get an “Excellent” rating to earn a Balan Statue.

On the way down the slope, after passing through a narrow gap between 5 crystal orbs, you’ll find a Balan Statue between two more crystal orbs around the corner.

At the bottom of the slope, you’ll find a blue button. Stay on it to move the grey platforms as far as they’ll go and then quickly make your way to the Balan Statue in the back left corner to grab it before the platforms recede completely.

Next to the level-end tree in the next area, look for a gazebo to the left and head through it. On the other side, look back towards the last checkpoint and you should see some grey platforms jutting out. One of which has a Balan Statue on it. Use Frost Fairy to reach and collect it.

Stay on the platform the statue was on for a ride back to safety.

Balan Wonderworld Chapter 8: Boss Statues

In this boss fight, you must attack the boss in the following three ways to get all three balan statues:

• Hit the crystal under the boss when it is exposed.
• When she drops icicles on the ground, hit an icicle back at her.
• When the boss spawns giant snowflakes and holds her orb out in front of her, use the Frost Giant costume to shoot it.

Balan Wonderworld Chapter 8: Act 3 Collectibles

Costumes required for 100% completion:

• Frost Fairy (Chapter 8 Act 1)
• Air Unicorn (Chapter 10 Act 1)
• Leap Frog (Chapter 2 Act 3)
• Key Mouse (Chapter 11 Act 1) – Optional

At the start of the level, cross the moving ice platforms ahead, into an area with a button and some enemies. Defeat the enemies and use the button to rotate a platform ahead of you so you can reach the slope.

Continue on down the slope, but keep your eye out for a Balan Statue on the edge of the slope to the right. Use a Frost Fairy to reach it once you spot it. It’s after the first two gaps in the slope, around the first corner.

At the end of the slope, you’ll come to an icy maze-like platform that tilts left and right over and over. Go to the left side of this platform and use Air Unicorn once the platform tilts up on this side to reach the yellow Drops on the ledge in the distance.

Use the Leap Frog to reach the highest ledge in this area, and then look left, back towards the slope, you’ll see a Balan Statue on a snow-covered platform with ice spikes on it. Use Air Unicorn to reach it.

Make your way back to that high ledge and look out over the tilting ice platform. You’ll see another Balan Statue floating above it. Use the Air Unicorn to easily grab it.

At the opposite side of the ice platform from this statue there’s a snow-covered platform with the Lethal Laser Launcher Costume on it. The key is floating above it, you’ll need to jump to it when the tilting platform is at it’s apex on that side. Or just use a Key Mouse, it’s easier.

At the far end of the tilting ice platform, there’s a checkpoint. After that, there’s another slope, which has crystal orbs moving horizontally across the surface. In the middle of this line of crystal orbs, right in the center of the slope, there’s a Balan Statue. You could use Frost Fairy or Air Unicorn to make your journey down this slope a bit slower and more manageable.

After that, instead of going around the corner, use Frost Fairy to get onto the snow platform where the houses are. From there, look across the slope and you’ll see a giant wedding wing with a Balan Statue in the middle of it. Use Air Unicorn to air-walk over and collect it.

The final Balan Statue is in plain sight further down the slope. You’ll reach a set of pink rings that will launch you up into the air over a large gap, the statue is right on the edge of the next section of slope, just after the gap, you should grab it automatically. If you miss the pink rings, you’ll fall to a different bit of slope before and will need to start again from the last checkpoint.

Balan Wonderworld Chapter 9: Act 1 Collectibles

Costumes required for 100% completion:

• Iron Panda
• Rail Runner
• Slow Tortoise
• Leap Frog (Chapter 2 Act 3)
• Fixer Upper (Chapter 12 Act 1)
• Any musical costume for the Stage.

When the level starts, grab the key in front of you and then head up the stairs for an Iron Panda Costume.

Head up the stairs to your right to reach the switch to open the gates to the park.

On the roof on the left side, you should be able to see a Golf Minigame. Use Leap Frog to climb up the nearby walls and reach it.

Before heading back down, look down over the wall to see a Balan’s Bout hat on the outside which you can drop to. Get an “Excellent” to earn a Balan Statue.

Head through the door which opened when you reached the hat and you’ll be right next to the next checkpoint! Continue to the right and ride one of the yellow platforms up to a Rail Runner Costume.

Jump up the walls next to you to find a blue switch which, when hit, will open a secret wall leading to a Balan Statue.

It’s between the checkpoint and the moving platforms, on the lower level.

Continue along the main route, using the Rail Runner to run on the tracks. At the start of this rail section, you’ll see a Balan Statue on some rails ahead, don’t jump to it yet. Follow the tracks around in a big loop until you’re on the right-hand side of it, and then jump left onto that rail to get the statue.

At the end of the rail, continue through the door to find a Happy Blaster Costume in the center of the next area.

Above the gateway you just entered, there’s a Balan’s Bout Hat you can easily jump to. Get an “Excellent” rating to earn a Balan Statue.

From up there, you should be able to see the next Balan Statue on top of the white blocks to the right of the checkpoint.

Hit the button in the center to progress through the gate and then head all the way to the far ledge, through an archway. There, you’ll find the Slow Tortoise Costume.

Use the moving yellow platforms to climb to the top of the structure that the Slow Tortoise was hidden behind. Use the Slow tortoise to slow the pendulums and head past them to the next checkpoint. Next to it, you’ll find a broken mirror.

This mirror must be fixed using a Fixer Upper Costume. Repair it and go inside to find a railway to use Rail Runner on. Ride it all the way to the end and you’ll find a Balan Statue right in front of you. Walk into the dark tunnel where it was to be returned to the last checkpoint.

Use Rail Runner on the rail at the end of this area to progress. You’ll go past two rails you can jump to on your right (don’t) and then a third, this time on your left, just before a tunnel. Jump there and you’ll be taken to a Balan Statue at the end of the rail, and then safely dropped back onto the original rail.

Ride it all the way to the next checkpoint, where there’s a Stage in plain sight on your right, use any musical character on it.

Above this stage, there’s actually a Balan’s Bout hat. But you’ll have to Leap Frog your way up using the lanterns on the side of the building. Get an “Excellent” rating for another Balan Statue.

Enter into the mirror in that same room, and you’ll find another Balan Statue just sitting there!

Balan Wonderworld Chapter 9: Act 2 Collectibles

Costumes required for 100% completion:

• Pounding Robot
• Merry Ghost
• Air Unicorn (Chapter 10 Act 1)
• Fixer Upper (Chapter 12 Act 1)
• Frost Fairy (Chapter 8 Act 1)
• Telepotter (Chapter 2 Act 2)
• Itsy-bitsy Elf (Chapter 3 Act 1)

At the start of the level, head straight into the mansion ahead of you and you’ll be attacked by a group of Negati. There’s a Pounding Robot costume in the corner of the room on the right side, in front of a staircase heading into the basement.

Grab the costume and make your way into the basement. There’s a broken mirror in the corner here, amongst some suitcases. Fix it with the Fixer Upper and head inside. You will end up in a corridor with some crystal orbs to avoid, but there’s a Balan Statue at the far end.

Head back to the main entrance of the house, and use Frost Fairy to get up the shifting stairs very easily. At the top, go past the first platform that falls from the roof to the second one, and then wait for it to fall. Stand on top of it and look left to see a balcony of sorts, with a Balan Statue at the end. Use the Frost Fairy to safely reach it without touching the poison pool below.

Continue on to the next checkpoint and you’ll see an opening in the wall at the back of this room. Use Frost Fairy to get up and into this opening to find a Balan Statue at the back.

When you get into the room with the giant Clown in the middle (the protagonist of this chapter) and the platforms falling from the ceiling, turn around to see some bars with a Balan Statue behind them. You will need to use Telepotter to get through the bars once enough platforms have fallen for you to reach it.

If you wait too long, and the bars get covered up by platforms, you’ll need to reset the level to get another chance at it.

At the opposite side of that same room, once all the platforms have fallen, you’ll find a Balan’s Bout hat on a balcony through an opening at the top of the room. Get an “Excellent” rating to earn a Balan Statue.

From that balcony, look left and you’ll see one of the rotating bridges. Use Air Unicorn to reach and land on it and, from there, begin climbing up onto the roof.

You’ll find a Balan’s Bout around the back of the dome. Get an “Excellent” rating to earn a Balan Statue.

Go to the next checkpoint, next to which you will see an Itsy-bitsy Elf door. Use the Itsy-bitsy Elf costume to enter said door and then climb the floating furniture inside to get a Balan Statue.

Back at the checkpoint, in the corner of the room there’s a table with a suitcase on it which is actually blocking a very narrow corridor. Use the Merry Ghost costume to cross the poison-covered platforms at the other end of that corridor to get another Balan Statue.

Continue into a large ballroom area and turn immediately right, you’ll find a Merry Ghost Costume at the end of this balcony. But look out for the poison pools.

Make your way up to the uppermost level of this room using the chandelier and the shifting stairs, and you’ll find a mirror directly above where the Merry Ghost Costume was. Head inside that mirror at the right time to end up outside, with a Balan’s Bout hat nearby. Get an “Excellent” rating to earn a Balan Statue.

Balan Wonderworld Chapter 9: Boss Statues

In this boss fight, you must attack the boss in the following three ways to get all three balan statues:

• When the middle of the platform raises up with cannons underneath, jump on one of the ensuing missiles to send it flying at the boss.
• After you’ve hit the boss in the above way, they will spawn horses and turn the stage into a merry-go-round (or carousel). Shoot the cage the boss is inside as the Slow Tortoise to slow its rotations down and then shoot the boss’ exposed orb through the bars to hurt them.
• As the Stomping Robot, stomp on the outer-most ring of the platform while the boss is on the opposite side to cause it to spring up at them.

Balan Wonderworld Chapter 9: Act 3 Collectibles

Costumes required for 100% completion:

• Rail Runner (Chapter 9 Act 1)
• Air Unicorn (Chapter 10 Act 1)
• Paladin Puncher (Chapter 7 Act 2)
• Triple Jumper (Chapter 7 Act 3)
• Key Mouse (Chapter 11 Act 1)

At the start of the level, use Rail Runner to ride the rails into the first area. Walk up the stairs on the right, up the path, and into the mirror. Step on the button there to move the switch in the middle of the area down closer to the ground. It will move back up once you step off the button so quickly go down and hit it before it can to open the door.

Head through the door and use the Vacuum Blaster on a wall to your right, next to the moving yellow platforms. An X-Ray Ape costume would reveal that there’s a Balan Statue hidden in this wall.

Head up the stairs on the left to find another Balan Statue in plain sight. Be careful not to fall to your death when grabbing it. Air Unicorn is helpful here.

Just past these moving yellow platforms, there’s a big moving yellow block. Underneath it is an upside-down Balan Statue. You could use Air Unicorn to grab it, or if you don’t want to risk that then just sacrifice a Soaring Sheep or Floaty Flower to get it.

Continue on and use Rail Runner on the next rail which will take you to the next checkpoint.

Defeat the enemies in the next area to open the gate and continue on through the doorway. Defeat more enemies and go through the archway at the back of this area. There’s a grey platform you can ride up to the next ledge.

Ride the next grey platform, avoiding the crystal orbs, and then head across to another grey platform which will move you to the next platform. Be careful of the pendulums here. This is much easier with Air Unicorn because you can just air-walk around it all.

At the end of the next platform, there’s a floating yellow block with a floating metal breakable block behind it. Use Air Unicorn to safely reach the floating yellow block and then Paladin Puncher to break the metal block which has a Balan Statue inside.

Back at the platform after the pendulums, jump down onto the gate you opened earlier to find that there’s a blue switch moving in circles up there. Hit it with a well-timed jump to open a secret area down below.

Jump inside to find a Balan Statue. Use the mirror on the opposite side to get back out when you’re done.

Head back up to the top level and continue along the main route by using Rail Runner on the next rail. Just before the rail goes into a tunnel, there will be a rail on your left and right, and a grey block which moves vertically to block your path. Jump to one of the adjacent rails to get around the grey block, but then immediately jump back onto the central rail because there’s a Balan Statue behind that grey block.

Stay on the rail to reach the end of the level, don’t forget to actively jump over the gap in the rail on the way. Then, at the level-end tree, go past it and triple jump up onto the castle walls to find the Moon Walker Costume. You might want to bring a Key Mouse with you, because the key is nowhere nearby.
