Kandagawa Jet Girls Trophy Guide and Road Map
Welcome to our Kandagawa Jet Girls Trophy Guide for PS4. In this guide, you will find strategies and tips for unlocking every trophy on your way to the platinum. We have broken the journey up into easily digestible phases with expert information packed into each one. With this, anyone should be able to conquer this game and its challenges.
Kandagawa Jet Girls Trophy Guide: Before You Begin
Missions
Missions in Kandagawa Jet Girls are specific things you must do in each race such as “Use 1 Type(s) of trick action”. When you finish a race, if you have met the mission requirements, you will be awarded a star. There are 3 missions/stars in each race.
Some chapters will have missions that will ask you to complete the race without firing any weapon. This means you can’t use your normal gun, , or any pick-up guns,
. Though you can use your Special Technique,
, and it will not void the mission.
You don’t have to complete all 3 missions in a single race, you can complete one or two and come back later to finish the third.
Phase One – Clear All Tutorials & All Story Chapters for All Schools
During this phase of our Kandagawa Jet Girls Trophy Guide, you will be focusing on clearing the tutorials and story chapters for each of the game’s Schools. There are 7 schools in total with 8-12 chapters (races) each and a bonus story with only 2 chapters at the end.
Whilst playing through the story, you should try to complete as many “missions” as possible. You will need to complete 128 though there are 192 in total which gives you plenty of wiggle room if you have trouble with some.
As you complete chapters, you will be notified of new machine parts being added to the shop. Check the shop in the Clubroom periodically and buy all 5 levels of the “Acceleration Filter”, “Handling Hydraulic Cylinder”, and “High Output Battery”. Any other Jet upgrade can be ignored. You should note that you will have to equip them on your jet via the Clubroom after you buy them.
While you’re buying things from the shop, you should also buy a costume, a hairstyle, an accessory as well as a skin, a decal, and an effect for your jet to unlock the respective trophies.
If you’re running short on funds to purchase everything above, you can abuse the Jet Machine Cleaning extracurricular activity on hard as earning an SSS rank will give you roughly 150,000 points each time.
It’s also worth noting that you need to achieve 8 SSS ranks in story mode, though once you’ve upgraded your Jet a few times, bagging yourself an SSS rank will be almost unavoidable. Time seems to be the biggest factor in determining whether or not you earn an SSS rank. You can also shoot balloons during a race which can drop gold coins that give you extra points at the end.
Finally, try to build up and use your Special Technique, , as much as you can as it really helps and you will need to perform 50 of them for a trophy,

My Precious Partner
Obtain a B rank or higher in the “Jet Machine Cleaning” extracurricular activity
You can play the extracurricular activities from the Clubroom menu. The Jet Machine Cleaning activity is a simple Simon Says type game where you must press ,
,
, and
in the correct order that is shown on-screen. Earning a B rank isn’t difficult at all when playing it on Easy.

Extracurricular Expert
Obtain 81,000 points in one round of an extracurricular activity
The easiest way to obtain 81,000 points in an extracurricular activity is to play the Jet Machine Cleaning activity on hard as it gives you extra time to build up your score. It’s more than likely that you’ll obtain SSS rank on your first attempt as long as you manage to mash the designated button fast enough during Fever Time. You can mess up on the button presses a few times and still manage to score north of 81,000 points.
Phase Two – Time Trials & Extracurricular Activities
During phase two of our Kandagawa Jet Girls Trophy Guide, you can head into the Clubroom and achieve at least a B rank on all 4 of the Extracurricular activities, though you may already have done this for the Jet Machine Cleaning activity if you used it to farm points in phase one.
After obtaining B ranks for the Extracurricular Activities, you can then head into the Time Attack mods. You can select any combination of Jetter and Shooter as well as any Jet Machine. Similarly, the route of each track and the time of day doesn’t seem to matter, so pick whichever route from each track you prefer. You only need to beat the set time on one track from each location. As long as you have a fully upgraded jet, you should ace every time attack on your first go.
Check the Time Attack section for images of each of my attempts for an idea of what time you should aim for.
Phase Two Trophies

Treading Lightly

Phase Three – Clean Up
The final phase of our Kandagawa Jet Girls Trophy Guide will be dedicated to mopping up any missed trophies.
Though every trophy is unmissable, some of them might not unlock naturally during your playthrough. I’ve listed the trophies below which some people might not have achieved during phases one and two.

Specialist
Perform 50 Special Techniques while racing
As you race, you will notice a gauge on the bottom right that slowly fills up. You can increase the rate at which this gauge fills by performing the +
trick or passing through the rainbow rings. You can also increase your gauge significantly by being shot, though this isn’t recommended.
Once your gauge is filled, you can press to execute a Special Technique. You must perform 50 of these.

Drifting Away
Execute a maxed-out drift boost while racing
To execute a drift, you must press whilst turning and then press
again to end the drift. You will notice 3 small bars that begin to fill up as you drift. You must let these fill completely and then press
to end your drift for it to count. The best places to attempt this are U-turns as they offer a wider arc for you to drift around.
