Cross the Moon Trophy Guide, Walkthrough, and Road Map for PlayStation 4 & PlayStation 5

Cross the Moon is a curious little visual novel with a unique mash-up art style, but the most attractive feature of the game for Trophy Hunters is its quick <10 minute Platinum Trophy. Via this very short Cross the Moon Trophy Guide, I’ll show you how to grab this Platinum for yourself in no time at all.

Phase One – Earn the Platinum

In this one and only phase of our Cross the Moon Trophy Guide, we will be manipulating the game’s settings in such a way that the game will play itself, and only stop every now and then for us to press and some trophies. Simple!

Okay, let’s start with the settings. From the main menu, select “Preferences” to see a small selection of options. The most important one we should change is the “Skip” option. Make sure “Unseen Text” is selected, which will allow us to skip even text we’ve never read before.

Next, change the “Text Display Speed” and “Auto-Forward Speed” settings to maximum (all the way to the right). This way, we cut down as much time as possible.

Earn the Cross the Moon Platinum Trophy in Less Than 10 Minutes

With the correct settings in place, select “Start” to begin the game. From the very first moment, press to start auto-skipping everything. Huge chunks of the story will flash before your eyes very quickly.

Be extra careful not to ever press to activate Auto mode. We need the game to stop auto-skipping at certain points and if you press it won’t do this, it’ll just skip right past everything we need to interact with.

When the game stops skipping, you should see an spiral shape on-screen, this is your cue to press and earn a trophy. You can then resume skipping by pressing . There will be an audio cue to let you know it’s time to press , too.

This will happen 8 times overall during the short platinum journey and you will earn a trophy for each and every one. I’ve included screenshots accompanying each trophy below so that you know what to look out for, but they really are difficult to miss, honestly.
