Trophy Guide

Titan Chaser Guide and Road Map for PlayStation 4

Welcome to our Titan Chaser Trophy Guide. Titan Chaser is a chill game about a girl whose job is to protect her town from large creatures that wander too closely. At her disposal is a car with a powerful spotlight, a map, a radio, and not much else. Enjoy the quiet drive around Bright City and marvel at the titans on your way to an easy Platinum Trophy. Titan Chaser is available on PlayStation 4.

Phase One – Complete All 4 Nights & Miscellaneous Trophies

Phase one of our Titan Chaser Trophy Guide is likely the only phase you’ll need. Titan Chaser is a small game that is mechanically simple and has a chapter select feature so you can’t miss anything. Your primary goal for this phase would be to just play the game while collecting the 7 Phones (see TOURIST). You can also tackle any miscellaneous trophies you want, but it’s okay to miss every single one of them and get them later via Chapter Select.

All chapters will be available to you right from the start which means as soon as the last chapter-specific trophy pops, you can press and leave the game to boot up the next chapter saving you from having to travel back to the motel and go to sleep. However, it’s advised that after you guide the Wyvern home in your first case you spend time driving around the map finding all of the phones, visiting your parents, and finding Lucy’s memorial.

Night One: Lost Wyvern Case

For your first case, you will need to locate and guide a Wyvern home by using the lights on 9 satellites which you can find on the map should you get lost. After you guide the Wyvern to the 9th satellite you will have to turn the light off to finally guide the Wyvern to the lighthouse.

Eco Activist

Turn off the water and switch off all the lights in your room

Missable

Before leaving your room at the start of Chapter 1, look for the three light switches on the walls and press , or on them to turn them off. Once the last light switch has been flipped Eco Activist will pop.

Night Call

Call Jasper from a phone booth for the first time.

Missable

After leaving your motel room for the first time you will find yourself standing in a car park with a car to your right—your car—and a small building opposite you. This building is the motel office where Jasper can be found. On the right of this office is a payphone that you can interact with to set a “checkpoint” which will recall you back to this point should you get stuck in your car. Simply pressing , or on this payphone will unlock Night Call.

I See You’re A Person Of Culture As Well

Turn on the music in your car

Missable

Inside your car, you can find a map and a tape on the passenger seat. Pressing , or on the tap will place it into the tape player. You can then turn the radio on to listen to some, honestly, annoying music and old talk shows. Once I See You’re A Person of Culture As Well pops, it’s recommended you turn the radio off lest you go insane.

Trophy Image

JASPER!

Ask Jasper for help via the radio for the first time.

Missable

If you find yourself stuck while in your car—wedged between trees or trapped on a rock, etc—you can use the radio inside your car to call an SOS which will teleport you to the last payphone you used to set a checkpoint. The radio can be found on the dashboard.

Driving Test Passed

Destroy 50 road markers

Missable

Grind

Driving around the map, you will notice small white posts in the ground on dirt roads. These are “road markers” and you will have to drive into 50 of them to unlock Driving Test Passed. You’ll notice that when you hit them they suddenly disappear with an audible “clink” sound. You can easily destroy 50 of them on your way to where the Wyvern is hanging out, but if you still don’t have it at the end of the chapter, just drive around any dirt road you find and drive directly into them until the trophy pops.

1: At Least You Tried

Shine your spotlight on the wyvern

Story

Chapter-Specific

Unmissable

Once you get to Wildland Plains—check the map—you will spot the Wyvern hanging out on the ground. Stop as soon as you can see it as getting too close will cause it to fly off thus voiding 1: At Least You Tried (you still might be able to shine your spotlight on it when it lands on a satellite), and 1: HONK!

To unlock 1: At Least You Tried, stop the car and look to the left of the steering wheel for the Spotlight switch and turn it on.

Get out of your car once the spotlight is turned on and look at the roof of the car. The spotlight is sitting on top and you can press , or to interact with it letting you aim it. Shine it on the Wyvern to unlock the trophy.

1: HONK!

Scare a wyvern with your car horn

Story

Chapter-Specific

Unmissable

Same as 1: At Least You Tried, stop the car before you scare the Wyvern away and look down at your steering wheel to find the horn—who knew? The words HONK will appear and pressing , or will make a HONK sound—the surprises just keep coming. If the HONK doesn’t scare the wyvern away, move a little closer and try again. Once the Wyvern flies off, 1: HONK! will unlock.

Chapter-Specific

Semi-Missable

TOURIST

Call Jasper from all phones on a map

Missable

Collectible

There are 7 phones for you to find and interact with across the map which you can do at the start or the end of the first episode—or any of the other chapters, but getting it done early means you can just focus on getting the last of the chapter-specific trophies. They’re not hidden and are usually located at gas stations. Check the below map for the location of each phone.

Night Two: Wandering Titans Case

Case two asks you to find two wandering titans and shine your spotlight in their face to send them packing. There’s nothing extra to do in this chapter so you can just quit as soon as 2: SHOO SHOO unlocks.

Night Three: The Last Whale Case

The Last Whale can be found “swimming” through the sky and has to be guided to the train station via the spotlight on your car. You can’t drive and use the spotlight so you have to stop, aim the spotlight at the whale to attract it, and then jump back in the car to drive further before jumping back out to use the spotlight again. At the train station, you will have to start the train and drive after it to complete the chapter. You can also find Jasper in this chapter.

Story

Unmissable

Directly North of Woodville and directly East of Wildland Plains is a bridge with a fishing shack next to it—it’s also a location of a phone. Jump out of the car once you reach this shack and walk to the water on the right side to find a boat in the river. Inside the boat is Jasper.

Story

Unmissable

Once you guide the whale to the train station, jump out of your car and start the train by jumping onto a wooden crate next to it and pressing , or on the train. Get back in your car and drive along the track after the train and once you reach the point of derailment 3: Free Willy will unlock.

Night Four: Kraken from the Deep Case

Case four wants you to activate three towers on the rusty beach to scare the Kraken away from Bright City. There are no other objectives to complete in this chapter so you can quit as soon as 4: Keep Calm pops.

Trophy Image

4: Keep Calm

Embrace the Kraken.

Story

Unmissable

There are three towers you need to activate to scare the Kraken away. You need to activate the two towers closest to the water first. Climb the first one just by using the ladders—if there’s a caravan at the base of the tower then climb the middle tower closest to the road to zipline across to this one—and activate the switch at the top. Move on to the opposite tower and activate its switch. Finally, climb the middle tower which is the one closest to the road and activate a final switch to scare the Kraken away.

Epilogue

All you have to do in the Epilogue is drive to one of four places that Christine mentions.

New Beginning

No matter what you choose, this is your new life

Story

Unmissable

You will automatically be in your car at the start of this chapter and Christine will be talking to you. Listen to what she says and drive to any of the four locations she mentions. Bright City is the easiest to drive to, but you might want to go to a different location. Any location will do. New Beginning will unlock once you reach your destination.

Halloween Special

There is no car in the Halloween Special and all you have to do is search for some pumpkins. You will start in Woodville and make your way to the Iron Coast.

Trophy Image
Trophy Image
Pumpkin Hunter

Collect all pumpkins and learn the story of Woodville Witch on Halloween Special

Story

Unmissable

There’s no map for the Halloween Special which makes it hard to create a guide, however, the pumpkins are all pretty easy to see and aren’t too far from each other. They glow orange and emit sparks shooting up from the top of their “head”. They also lead you in a mostly straight line down to the Iron Coast through the Black Woods. There are about 13 pumpkins to find.

The first two pumpkins can be found on the street where the MC’s parents live in Woodville. At the second pumpkin, look right and you’ll see the next two pumpkins in the graveyard at the start of the Black Woods area. From there you can see a broken-down wooden shack with another pumpkin.

From the wooden shack, look left and you should see a glowing purple/pink tree. To the left of the tree is another pumpkin next to a rocking chair. Another pumpkin can be found at the base of the glowing tree. Walk forward beyond the tree and you will come to a building with a pumpkin inside.

Leave the building and with the giant pumpkin in the sky at your back, look towards a nearby utility pole. Up the hill behind the pole is a silo with another pumpkin. Continue beyond the silo and across the road to find a diner with two pumpkins. Exit the diner via the hole in the wall on the left and head towards another utility pole. At the pole, you should spot a bright light off in the distance. At the base of the light is a pumpkin.

Finally, walk towards the large satellite in the distance. As you approach it, you will notice a giant head appear. Head towards the head and you will find the very last pumpkin.

Phase Two – Use Chapter Select to Mop Up Missed Trophies (optional)

This phase of our Titan Chaser Trophy Guide is purely optional as many players will likely have unlocked every trophy during phase one, however, for the few that didn’t now would be a good time to use Chapter Select ( menu > “Experience”) to mop up.
