Trophy Guide

Lil Gator Game Trophy Guide and Road Map for PS4 & PS5

Welcome to our Lil Gator Game Trophy Guide. Lil Gator Game is pretty much what it says on the box; It’s a little game about a little Gator. The gameplay can easily be likened to that of Breath of the Wild. However, unlike other clones, it doesn’t try to be something it’s not. And the gameplay is only half the package anyway, as the touching story and quirky characters are a much larger reason to play this game.

All in all, the trophy journey is extremely enjoyable. There are no missable trophies, no complicated puzzles, no overwhelming challenges, and nothing to worry about except having a good time!

Phase One | Complete the Story

The short but sweet Lil Gator Game will see you exploring islands, making friends, and completing quests in your pursuit to carve out your own adventure and become a hero.

The story revolves around the Playground at the center of the Big Island. You need to help people, befriend them, and send them to the playground where they’re setting up the ultimate adventure for Big Sis.

While your main objective is just to complete the three main questlines for Avery, Martin, and Jill, there are a few things you can do as you play to make future cleanup quicker and easier:

  • Talk to everyone you see. There’s a good chance they have a little quest for you and if you complete it, they’ll head to the Playground to join the fun. You’ll eventually need to befriend everyone, so this will save a bit of time!
  • Destroy every cardboard object, wooden chest, and pot you see. Not only because you can use the scraps to craft gear, but because you’ll eventually need to destroy everything on the island.

If you get lost trying to reach your objectives, look for the big landmarks as well as wooden signs that point you to each of them.

Unmissable Story Trophies

Change Of Plans

Undertake a new, bigger quest.

Story-Related

Unmissable

The Lil Gator Game starts on a small island, where you’ll complete something of a tutorial. At the end of this tutorial, when you’ve made plans to visit the Big Island, you’ll unlock the Change of Plans trophy unavoidably!

Lunch By Compromise

Completed Avery's Quest.

Story-Related

Unmissable

Avery and their friends can all be found at an amphitheater high up in the mountain area.

Upon speaking to them, they will split up, and each of Avery’s friends will have a sidequest for you to complete. Visit each one individually at separate locations around the mountain and help them with their tasks.

Once done, speak to Avery again at the amphitheater to complete the quest and unlock Lunch By Compromise.

Growing With Water

Completed Martin's Quest.

Story-Related

Unmissable

Martin and his friends can all be found gathered on the water feature near the big Windmill.

Upon speaking to them, they will split up and each of Martin’s friends will have a sidequest for you to complete. Visit each one individually and help them with their tasks. They can all be found at individual water pumps, so follow the pipes from the main pump at the water feature to each of the three other pumps.

Once done, activate the main pump near the water feature again and speak to Martin to complete the quest and unlock Growing With Water.

Enrichment Through Invention

Completed Jill's Quest.

Story-Related

Unmissable

Jill and her friends can all be found under the huge tree in the forest area.

Upon speaking to them, they will split up and each of Jill’s friends will have a sidequest for you to complete. Visit each one individually and help them with their tasks.

Once done, speak to Jill again, then speak to her again once the group has gathered to complete the quest and unlock Enrichment Through Invention.

Lesson Learned

Complete the story.

Story-Related

Unmissable

Once you have earned Lunch By Compromise, Growing With Water, and Enrichment Through Invention, you will be able to return to the Playground to finish the game.

In order to do so, visit each of the blueprint boards posted up around the playground, interact with them, and construct each respective building.

Each building will have a required number of friends that you need to join the Playground before you can build them, so you may need to explore a bit more and recruit a few more friends!

You will need to construct Tom’s Castle (5 friends), Martin’s Market Square (10 friends), Jill’s Cathedral (10 friends), and Avery’s Bar (10 friends).

Once you have built them all with a minimum of 35 friends at the Playground, you will need to debrief with your friends, and then you’ll automatically summon your Big Sis to join in.

Just enjoy the ending and then you’ll receive the Lesson Learned trophy!

Phase Two | Get Bracelets, Make Friends, and Break Stuff!

After completing all four construction projects at the Playground and earning Lesson Learned, you’ll have everything you need for this next phase of our Lil Gator Game Trophy Guide.

First things first, speak to Jill in front of the Playground’s newly-constructed Cathedral to get access to a new item called “Ask Jill”. Equip it to either or and now when you use it, Jill will tell you where to find nearby friends or game pieces to destroy.

Next, speak to Avery to get access to a new item called “Megaphone”. Equip it to either or and now when you use it, You’ll be notified of nearby friend locations!

Essentially, you should now focus on three things:

  • Get all three other Bracelets from the Monkey, then speak to them at the Playground. See Bracelet Trophies.
  • Make Friends with Everyone on the Island. A simple task now that you can use the Megaphone!
  • Destroy every cardboard object, ceramic pot, and wooden chest. Also a much easier concept now thanks to Ask Jill.

Bracelet & Monkey Trophies

Infinite power!!!

Acquire all bracelets, and gain enlightenment.

Collectible

As part of the tutorial at the start of the game, you will get a blue bracelet from a Monkey. This bracelet acts as your stamina wheel, allowing you to climb walls.

To unlock the “Infinite power!!!” trophy, you will need to find the Monkey again in three separate locations on the Big Island and purchase more bracelets from him, for 500 paper scraps each time.

His locations are pretty easy to find, as they correlate with the three main landmarks:

1. At the top of the Big Tree, in a bird’s nest.

2. On top of the Windmill overlooking the Water Feature.

3. Atop a very tall Spire overlooking the Amphitheater at the top of the mountain.

After purchasing all three, you will have 4 stamina wheels and can walk away with this trophy nestled in your collection.

After helping everyone and destroying everything, two things will be true;

  1. You will have a heck of a lot of scrap paper to spend.
  2. You will have every possible piece of gear/recipe at your disposal.

Using those two abundant resources, you’ll now need to mop up every last trophy in the game. Some will involve acquiring and/or using gear, whereas others simply require you to put your infinite stamina to good use!

Exploration Trophies
